Malaysian company Trigometric will hold their first ever Numismatic Auction on March 15, 2015 and will feature a 1000 Ringgit Replacement / Star Note, 5th Series, signed by then governor Tan Sri Abdul Aziz bin Taha (A.A.Taha). This 1983 – 84 note with serial number ZZ0000001 was printed by Thomas de la Rue and is graded Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ. The Malaysia 5th series of 1000 Ringgit Replacement notes are very rare and the fact that this replacement note has such a low serial number makes it an exceptionally rare piece definitely worth collecting.
